2011 Gardenscape

March 25 - 27
Location: Prairieland Park Trade Centre - Saskatoon, SK

Gardenscape is a showcase for the horticulture industry and outdoor lifestyles. It is the 3rd largest show of its kind in Canada. The SCTGA will have a booth with display trees, information about Christmas Tree industry and how to care for your tree once you get it home. Stop by the booth and say Hello to one of our growers - They would be happy to answer any questions.

2010 Canadian Western Agribition

This year, Canadian Western Agribition in the Exhibition Building at EVRAZ PLACE in Regina Saskatchewan was a huge sucess! The Saskatchewan Christmas Tree Growers Association had a booth with real trees on display! We had a ballot box and ballots there because we wanted to know which tree you liked best! There was a lot of information on growing Christmas Trees and caring for them once you get them home. Unfortunately, this year we could not have a member at the booth to answer questions, but we ended up with lots of comments in the ballot box - read them below! Hope to see you at next years Agribition!

• Trees look great as usual
• Can’t wait to get my own this year
• Beautiful trees!
• Trees are really nice
• Nothing beats a real Christmas tree!
• Beautiful tree display
• Awesome! Nice to see our own trees
• We like them tall and skinny – not short and fat (small living room)
• All very nice. Hard choice!
• Like the shape and soft needles (balsam fir)
• Awesome tree (Scots pine)
• I like a tree that can be 3D – not just a decorated surface
• I see that the top broke. If that hadn’t happened, it would be the best I have ever seen! (balsam fir ‘F’)
• Mason trees look great
• Nice and full!
• It is a really nice tree (balsam fir)
• Great looking tree (6 comments)
• Excellent pruning
• Wish I could get these in Regina
• I want it! (balsam fir)
• Nice and really pretty (white spruce)
• Gorgeous trees (3 comments)
• Thank you for the tree display
• Great stand – beautiful trees
• All the trees are beautiful, but I love the size and shape of the Scots pine
• I like your trees
• Beautiful trees! Love them!
• They are lovely!
• I’ve never had a Christmas tree – this is my first winter in Canada
• Looks like an old original Christmas tree (balsam fir)
• My first winter in Regina, Canada – I am from Africa!
• Great display
• Very full and luscious
• Nice trees baby!
• I like it because it is short and stubby (white spruce)
• Need to man your booth!
• Favorite of all time is the Frazier fir – love your tree stands
• I gotta win this year!!
